1. Responsibilities and Liability
1.1 A Liability Waiver must be signed by the client before the start of the trip
1.2. We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity due to default of any company or person engaged in providing services.
1.3. Travelers participate at their own risk. It is their responsibility to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for travel. Many of the expeditions will be through challenging conditions, thus, please understand the situation before applying
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. A booking is confirmed only after the full or agreed deposit payment is received.
2.2. Final payments must be made by the due date specified at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
2.3. Prices are subject to change due to factors such as currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, or governmental fees.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the terms stated at the time of booking.
3.2. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date.
No Refund will be possible if cancellation is done within 30 days of the departure date. 25% refund if cancellation is within 60 days of the departure date. 50% refund if cancellation is done within 180 days from the departure date. Advanced payment is not refundable
3.3. No refunds will be provided for unused services once the trip has started.
4. Flights, Health and Travel Documents
4.1. Flights will be purchased individually by each client unless specified in the itinerary. The client should ensure flights are purchased in order to align with the start of the tour, and will not hold Endemik Expeditions responsible for any missed flights or connections.
4.2. Each individual will be responsible to make sure the passport is valid and enough pages are available for visas and stamps
4.3. Visas for each destination fall in the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. All necessary support will be provided in order to obtain visas, but due to regulations changing frequently, and from one country to another based on the mutual relationships, we cannot be held responsible if your visa is denied.
4.4. Endemik Expeditions will not be held responsible in case entry to a country is denied for the client
4.5. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check health advisories and obtain necessary vaccinations.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1. All travelers are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal liability, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen events.
5.2. The company will not be held responsible for any expenses arising from the lack of travel insurance.
6. Changes and Cancellations by the Company
6.1. In case of any external factors, natural disasters, political events, or anything disrupting the tour, the client will not hold Endemik Expeditions responsible. We will do our best in order to adjust to the unforeseen events, and either continue the tour, or reschedule if possible. Refunds will be made accordingly to the factors at hand
6.2. Endemik Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or modify any itinerary or service due to political instability, weather conditions, or insufficient participants.
6.3. Endemik Expeditions can change itineraries at any time in order to streamline the schedule, or in case of safety or logistical issues
6.4. In such cases, alternatives will be offered. Refunds may be provided at the company’s discretion.
7. Behavior and Conduct
7.1. Disruptive or abusive behavior towards staff or other participants may result in removal from the tour without refund.
7.2. Travelers are expected to follow local laws and respect cultural norms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of United States of America
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kansas, USA
9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1. By booking a trip with Endemik Expeditions, the traveler agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
